Deployment is phased: clarify the requirement, define scope, prepare the environment, test and only then move into production.

Selected folders are backed up according to an agreed plan without forcing employees to change their entire working method.

1. Analysis

We clarify the problem, user count, devices, critical data and acceptable downtime.

2. Preparation

Accounts, access, rules, schedule and initial documentation are prepared.

3. Test and approval

A limited scope is tested first. After approval, the module is rolled out more broadly.

4. Operation

Operation includes review, agreed changes, documentation and support for unusual situations.
