Each module solves a defined area and can be used independently or in combination.
Remote Connect
Employees or administrators need access from home, while travelling or from another location. Uncontrolled workarounds increase risk.
SOFBAC Care
Problems are reported only after a computer, server or service has already failed. Device inventory and condition are not clearly documented.
SOFBAC Pass
Passwords are stored on paper, in spreadsheets, browsers or email. When a staff member leaves, nobody knows which accounts are affected.
SOFBAC Folder
Important quotations, invoices, contracts or project files exist only in local folders. The daily workflow should nevertheless remain unchanged.
SOFBAC Image
After a failure, recovering documents alone is not enough. The operating system, specialist applications, drivers and settings would all need to be rebuilt.
SOFBAC Mail
Important email and PST files exist only on one workstation. A failure, damaged profile or unclear storage location can block access.
SOFBAC Bild
Photos from projects, damage, construction sites or service visits are stored on personal phones, in chats or in unstructured folders.
SOFBAC CCTV
Critical footage exists only on the local recorder. Theft, failure or tampering can remove the exact material that is later needed.
